About Us...

PC Emergency was formed in 2006 due to the lack of reliable, affordable and experienced IT support for home and small business users. Collectively we have over 50 years of experience in the field of IT and computer services and offer a wide range of skills from hardware faults to programming and we specialise in IBM PC's and compatibles.

Services...

PC Emergency can politely assist you with your IT issues whether you have a single PC at home, through to a network in an office; a broken mouse through to a server crash - no job is too small and we speak English, not Techno-blab!

One of our key services is our Home & Office Support. We offer a call-out service whereby we will visit you at home or at your office and do the work there and then, onsite! If we are not able to resolve the issue onsite, we will return the PC to our workshop to repair, but don't worry, if you need a PC to use in the meantime, we can provide you with a loan PC to keep you up and running!

We always try to work when it's convenient for you, so it's quite normal for us to work in the evenings as well as the weekends and there is no difference in the pricing - day or night!
